H100

The simplest Herma head is the H100 used for a manual dispense. Ideal for warehouses, and those little jobs. Just grab a label and a fresh one is dispensed automatically to offer a very economical solution for small batch hand labelling

H400 Fixe

The Fixe Head is based on the H400 Servo modular system. The H400 Fixe can dispense labels at a fixed speed of 4 M per minute (2.5" per sec).

Used for simple dispenses and with customized jigs for semi automatic operation.

H400 Vario

The Vario as its' name implies has variable speed dispensing up to 40 meters/ min (over 2 feet per second)

This workhorse of the H400 heads has the same powerful servo motor as the Premium, but is more affordable.

It is used on bottle labelers, top and bottom labelers, bag labelers, FFS machines, boxes, tubs, cartons, lipsticks, lids, ..... you name it.

It is a favorite for OEM's and customers who buy heads to upgrade all types of existing labelers.

H400 Premium
As its' name implies it is the top of the line head, with dispense speeds up to 160 meters/minute (that is an incredible 8 ft per second). Who has an 8ft label you may ask? ....it is the power of this head that enables labeling applications of over several thousand per minute.
The unit shown beside has power unwind and rewinds for large rolls, and a loose loop feed that removes all web tension to ensure accurate fast and repeatable application.

H400 Premium for Rotary Labelers

For an exacting application Herma have a special head for rotary labelers. Again a favorite with OEM's and customers alike for rebuilding or starting afresh.
